Dr. Tina Woodard, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Organizational Development, teamed up with senior Human Resources leaders Laurie Jones, Diane Kirkwood, and Virginia Siler to develop and pilot succession planning and talent management processes for Chief Business Officers. The goal: To fill leadership positions by promoting from within, while reducing costs related to external recruitment.
