6.18 Sales of Institutional Products
No °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app (°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app) institution shall enter into competition with private industry. °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app institutions may provide goods and services connected with the institution’s mission and goods and services customarily provided by institutions of higher education.
°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app institutions are not prohibited from making sales on the wholesale market. However, in no event are such sales to be made to the general public.
