6.23 Institution Publications
All publications issued on behalf of any °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app (°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app) institution shall be published only under proper supervision and authority of the President of the institution. All financial contracts pertaining to such publications shall be approved by the President or his or her designated representative.
